· Psychotherapy £30 per session (up to sixty minutes)
· Combined hypnotherapy and psychotherapy £40 per session (up to 90 minutes).
The approximate number of sessions that you may need will be discussed at the free initial consultation.
A 10% discount will be applied when paying in advance for a series of therapy treatments.
· Seasonal Affective Disorder (S.A.D.) £150 (payable at first session)

2 60 minute sessions of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy
10 sessions of 30 minute light therapy
10 sessions of seated massage chair
Relaxation/self hypnosis training
A free audio relaxation CD is provided for personal home use. If more than one session is required an additional CD may be supplied that is specifically tailored to your needs and provides ongoing support in enabling you to manage your problem more effectively.
